Role Overview:
As Head of the Drafting Office, you will lead and coordinate a team of technical draftsmen, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality design plans for heavy steel structures. Acting as the main technical contact, you will liaise with internal teams and clients, ensuring that all technical specifications are met.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the drafting team, managing workload and project timelines
- Oversee detailed designs and workshop drawings
- Provide technical solutions for complex design issues
- Conduct on-site steel structure surveys with the team
- Collaborate closely with production and project managers
- Represent the drafting office in client meetings
