Job Purpose:
Manage users support himself, with the help of trainee and IT provider
Manage servers and network update himself or with the support of external IT service providers
Manage IT operations (daily file transfer, extract, etc..) and carry on first level controle related to IT operations
Ensure banking applications are up to date
Manage ISO requests himself or with the support of external IT service providers
Ensure users have an operational IT working environment (hardware, software, network, applications, access rights, etc)
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
• Provide support to users (PC, mobile phone, access rights, …)
• Provide application support to users
• Participate in the implementation of various upgrade/ replacement for hardware and software
• Ensure servers are updated with latest patches
• Local system saves and backups (Offsite backup)
• Management of all equipment maintenance
• Participate to Disaster Recovery procedures
• Ensure operations procedure manuals are updated regularly to incorporate all relevant changes
• Ensure ISO requests are closely follow-up
• Release of new enhancements and upgrades under operation supervisor
• Manage ticketing application follow-up
