Job Description:
The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for design support and development of Group Rossignol marketing collateral and content in print and electronic media. This individual will take existing design files, written, or spoken ideas from a variety of stakeholders and convert them into design that supports the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across all Group brands and BU’s. Collaborating with multiple teams while prioritizing a variety of competing tasks is critical to the success of this role.
This role requires a high level of adaptability, attention-to-detail, and advanced project and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Understand brand and BU objectives, target audiences and key messaging to ensure branding is consistent, clear and impactful throughout materials.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines (typography, color, imagery and designs) and are of a high quality.
Support the design execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Update homepage content on a weekly basis in accordance with GTM calendars.
Serve as an internal resource providing graphic design and photography.
Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and seek feedback to refine creative work.
Stay current on industry trends, software updates, and new design techniques, incorporating new knowledge into design projects as appropriate.
Track calendars to ensure that design support and production are completed on time.
Work cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders across Group brands and BUs.
Profil recherché
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong eye for visual composition
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- File preparation for print and digital media
- General photography/video skills a plus, but not required
- General web design skills a plus, but not required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, creativity and attention to detail.
- Organized self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience or education working in graphic design, or related field.
- Experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary; Microsoft Office and 365 Suite a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work at a desk for the duration of the workday.
- Ability to lift thirty (30) pounds.
- Comfortable in on snow & outdoor environments a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
- General office setting with hybrid work potential.
- Strict deadlines may require work outside of traditional hours with short notice.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional domestic travel as required.
