SOCAPS is a technical services operator organized as a cooperative in Europe.  

We are providing technical assistance to machinery manufacturers in the food and beverage packaging, cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.  

We help our customers to design, assemble, install and maintain their equipment worldwide. SOCAPS has 4 offices in France (Rouen, Paris, Grenoble, Blois) and 13 export offices (Atlanta, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Mexico, Beirut, Cairo, Bologna, Amsterdam, New Dehli, Beijing, Ourdanine, Dubai) with a network of more 1000 Technicians in 70 countries.  

SOCAPS is the global leader in technical assistance for the food and beverage industry. In order to develop our activities in Germany, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in our office in Amsterdam for 24 months.  

VOS MISSIONS

An internal training of 2/3 months shall be organized. The Sales Manager is judged on his/her ability to :

• Conquer and maintain new customers ;
• Find and hire new highly-skilled technicians ;
• Increase the revenue on his/her territory. 

The Sales Manager :

• Develop new business ;
• Manages SOCAPS staff in Germany and handles each technician’s schedule ;
• Recruit new independent contractors (mechanical, electrical, PLC engineers etc.) accross Germany ; 
• Leads networking actions in order to increase SOCAPS visibility within its industry by participating to tradeshows, conferences, etc. and represents SOCAPS among its partners (Chamber of Commerce, Associations etc.) ; 
• Reports directly to the Sales Director Europe.

• You are trilingual : French, German, English ; 
• You have your driver’s license and are able to travel frequently ; 

• You have a real negotiating skill and act professionally ;  
• You are independent, manage to work with objectives and handle pressure  
• You have a technical or a business education (Master degree – BAC +5), and a sales experience of 2 years ; 
• You have a successful experience in industrial environment ; 
• You are service oriented with customer satisfaction way of mind.
