We are currently seeking a highly motivated Environmental Analyst to become an integral part of our diverse team of auditors. In this role, the Environmental Analyst will be tasked with verifying Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Insetting and Offsetting Projects operating within various voluntary frameworks. As Environmental Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in conducting calculations and estimations Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 Greenhouse Gases (GHG) Emissions for projects spanning diverse industries, including transportation, technology, waste management, construction, and more.
Furthermore, the Environmental Analyst will assume the responsibility of evaluating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data, aiming to assess an organization's adherence to ESG benchmarks and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate/estimate GHG emissions for various transportation scenarios, encompassing sea, air, and road transport, including assessments of low carbon initiatives.
Conduct assurance audits for Carbon Insetting and Offsetting Projects, adhering to diverse frameworks.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of an organization's ESG practices and reporting, aiming to verify its commitment to sustainability, ethical conduct, and responsible governance.
Maintain knowledge based when it comes to global environmental sustainability policies.
