PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

As a Business Developper, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth while ensuring the logistics operations of our clients (airlines, airports, shipping companies, road & rail companies, logistics service providers, etc.) align with their sustainability goals. Your expertise in both commercial operations and environmental sustainability will be crucial in strengthening our market presence and achieving our long-term objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and participate in negotiations to secure favourable terms and contracts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Preferred experience & profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, environmental science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the logistics industry or the sustainability field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • French communication skills are preferable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
